Great question! This home is located in flood zone X, meaning it is the safest zoning from flooding with very low chances of any flooding. The neighborhood is safe as it gets!

The laundry isn't exciting at all. All of the bedrooms should have bathrooms within. Nit enough bedroom closet space.
