I talked to a realtor yesterday about a community with LGI south of Orlando and he lost me when he said I better buy now because LGI is considering price increases...why are you offering all these incentives and talking price increase to me? Atleast Caleb is honest about what he shows and I appreciate that.

Hey Kaleb. Happy Monday. 1st home like the front elevation. Prefer 4 bedrooms and 2-car garage and a 1/2 bath. Deep view on entry. See how you can see right into that bedroom on entry; not a deal breaker but don’t like that. Some of them the layout sets back or the walls little extended. Love the desk area by the laundry 🧺 room. Nice open concept. Like how the dining/breakfast nook sets back. The primary smaller than usual but enough. Big closet. Appreciate the linen closet. Big shower. 2nd a townhome. Like the break and 2 1/2 baths. Don’t like seeing the kitchen on entry but must admit beautifully staged and it works. Side patio nice. Connected garage cool. What was the door to the left of the fridge; another pantry? 1/2 bath cute on the stairs. Nice layout upstairs. Good size primary. Closet. Although the en-suite small it’s very nice. Didn’t see the laundry 🧺 room. 3rd home like the elevation. Big home. Like the brick. Like the entry. Like that you can’t see into the in-law suite to the right. Very cozy. How would you rent this out with no kitchenette. More for in-laws or college age student. 1/2 bath. Nice open concept. Amazing extended cabinets. Covered enclosed lanai. That pantry bigger than some but it’s ok re: extended cabinetry. I like carpet. Easier to vacuum than constantly sweeping and mopping floors. Good size loft. Nice primary & en-suite. Oh yesss 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 to the closet. Linen closet too. So 3 bedrooms to 1 bath. Nice laundry. 🧺. Sink. Cabinetry and counter. Lovely home if don’t mind stairs. Lunch look like it was bussin. And you guys just confirmed. Omg. Look at the dessert 😮. Less than $40 for yummy goodness. Have a great week Kaleb and Mabel 🤗

Third house has a huge kitchen and a small living room. Kitchen is gorgeous but hardly any living/ family room space.
Love the 3rd house I mean everything in there would be an upgrade with other builders so I do think it's a good value! Omg that food looks yummy my hubbs is PR so we love finding new spots but we're in East Orlando. That bakery looks fuegito!😂 I still have trembleque and flan de queso in my fridge from new years...yummo!!
Yes, it’s hard to find new construction homes with all upgrades included in price and appliances. We love this community and the construction is top notch. Mabel took me to Melao once and that’s was it! 🤣It’s so affordable and rico! 😋I have to try the Tembleque tho. Enjoy your evening and thanks for watching! There is a Melao in Orlando. You should try it if in the area.
The outside and the finishes are really nice in the townhouse. The living room would never work. First home had the great foyer area and finishes but again the living room was t very large and the kitchen was right on top of it.
I am loving the floors. Why kind of floors is it, along with the color? Also what are the color of the cabinets in this house? I’m speaking about the first home in the video. Thank you!
Don’t like the fact front door is so narrow would make it very hard for a wheelchair and moving furniture in and out.

It’s ok almost a half $1 million ..it should be a little bit better the doors, The kitchen, the closet should be bigger, it should be more upscaled to meet the Eye …
The beautiful In-law suite home would be better designed with a kitchenette and separate entrance included to ensure an added level of privacy and separation.

Does it come w warranty,? Is the roof hurricane proof? Is its foundation can withstand sinkhole? I will call home insurance first.

Nopeeee! That is not a in-law room! Normally here in Florida they should come with a private entrance little kitchen etc, practically a small studio/ Efficiency. That’s just a spacious bedroom! 😉😉

As for the in- law suit is good for nice in- laws. Not everyone wants in- laws in his or her face morning, noon and night 😂😊😅. Great viewing !❤❤. No pork for me😮

In-law suites should not have tub/shower combos! If you plan for an elderly relative, walk-in showers are better. This from experience
I like the 3rd house, but it doesn't really have an in-law suite. In order to have a fully functional in-law suite, you need a kitchen to come with it.
