Clermont is beautiful. I just got back from there Saturday (I live in Miami), but our daughter lives there off of 50. My brother lived there several years ago, but he now lives west of Jax.

@iamjosegreyes Understandable. The rolling hills are spectacular and so unexpected. It's grown a lot since my brother lived there. People think it's crowded, but come drive in Miami. 🙂
@@askssk715 I think that anyone used to a certain environment, crowded or not crowded, has a hard time with change. But yes I think a trip to Miami may put things into perspective. But Clermont and Minneola are top choices for me personally. It makes you feel like you’re living in another state if you’ve lived in other cities that are mostly flat.
This is for well to do people. Disappointed. 500,000 and over. Might as well stay in Orlando.
@@brendawheeler6690 thank you for the feedback. These cities are continuously growing. Unfortunately clothe closer to Orlando you get the prices are similar. Yet Orlando is still priced a higher than these homes. Don’t worry though, this channel showcases many options and opportunities in different cities. Is there a certain city you are interested in?
