There will be some with public water coming in, and some on a well. Homes with public sewer and water will be available in homes built within HOA communities within the area which there are options of this types of communities within the Ocala area.

Property looks tiny Granted I’m a unique person I need over a acres Definitely a lot of money for this property Granted it’s awesome but still out of control for price Should be sitting on a acre for this price

Hello again and thank you for your feedback. I wouldn’t say it is a “tiny” home. However it depends on what your needs are. Most folks want to downsize from something bigger, or decide they don’t need too much space. Prices are changing in Ocala. There is a lot of construction happening in the area. We have noticed slight price increase in the last year. However, there is still room for negotiations depending on how long these homes sit on the market. Thanks again for your support.
