      @josereyesrealtor Thank you for posting! I currently live in Miami Beach in a 1949 home but thinking of maybe moving up in the next year or two so just looking for now. Definitely would want a little land with no HOA or CDD.

      I'm just wondering a year or two from now that the price is going to be higher or lower for the same model and location. I'm not quite ready to move yet, either. Probably in about a year or two as well.

      @@FoodNTravel1234 hello and thank you for watching the tour. We have been noticing a slight increase in prices within the Ocala area. It’s been aggressively marketed by myself and my colleagues. Data shows that there has been an increase in purchases within this area. It definitely is growing. In one to two years prices may go up slightly. Within interests rates going down this year, there may be an increase in price everywhere. But nonetheless, there is always opportunity within this area.
