Hi to answer your question this really depends but I will answer based on my experience. If you want to live in Big cities like Frankfurt, Munich, or Berlin the house rent is around > 1300 euros and that is at least 50 sqm and above. For food around 300 euros per head (healther food options, fresh vegetables, meat, occasional seafood), internet 30 euros per head monthly, health insurance, other expences (clothes, hygiene stuff, etc). So, to live comfortably I would say a netto of around 2500. But this really depends on your lifestyle, are you already german citizens? if so, I think the government will also help you.
next time please do it straightforward 2 mins wasted from this video
Is family reunification also applicable for family siblings? Brother ko kasi nurse jan and planning to get his residency this year.
Hi, unfortunately not. It is only applicable to parents and children.
If I want to study, are there fees you need to pay like tuition fee?
depends, if private you have to pay full price if public no, there are no tuition fees (only tiny amounts) for miscellaneous like train tickets
@@datawithrez thanks ..
Informatic video. Could you please share your LinkedIn ID
Hi, how are you?
How about if i have an sponsor?
At the same time they are wondering, why Germany is far behind in the field of AI
Hi, which university you went to?
Hello need help
Thank you🥰
Ariund 60 k usd a year? Its pretty low.
Yes and No 😂 For an entry level position. This video was 2 year ago. Also, prices here in Germany are not that high. Personally, I can still save around 45% of my net income after basic needs + leisure budget (holidays, etc). At the end, I think it depends on your lifestyle too.
@@datawithrezI have an interview for a data science intern, I have 1 year of experience and a Master's, i won't put a number first ideally but what do you think is the max i could negotiate to? 60k? More?
Hi @@parthshrivastava2548, for an internship position? Mostly 60k is for the entry level full time (2 years ago). When I was an intern almost 3 years ago, I only receive 1500 monthly, gross.
How can a 20 years old get a job as a data analyst in Germany without a university degree? Is it even possible?
Hi Yaser, this is really hard to answer. At the end, it depends how much you can prove to them your capabilities as an analyst through experience. I know people who got programming jobs without finishing a degree and they are earning well it’s because they have a lot of experience and contributed to a lot of open source projects. However, Data science is a bit of different field. In reality, you’ll be competing with people who got higher degrees like Masters and even post docs, most recruiters looks into this together with experience. I would recommend starting with internships or students works first in the field until you get your degree or until you earn enough experience to get a full time.
Do you/can you work remotely?
Yes. We have a hybrid set-up, personally I only go to the office once a week. We can also work outside Germany but only within EU for 30 days per year :)
Hi @Rez, are jobs related to research and development, biotechnology in demand in Germany? I saw different biotech companies are open for hiring in Linkedin.
Hi, I am not following R&D jobs here in Germany but there’s a lot of biotech companies here. I just don’t know how are the demands compared to IT jobs. Probably lower, but it’s hard to quantify since I am not in the field.
how did you get admitted to a master degree when your bachelor is not related to the program? that is amazing
did you get a bachelor or master degree in DS in germany ate? i am a filipino as well taking up business information systems bachelor sa germany. choosing the career path of DS as well coming from the tourism industry :)..
Interesting background ☺️ I got a Masters in DS here in Germany ❤️
Good video thanks a lot for making it. Do you have any info you can share about devops engineers?
Do you also have tips on how to move from Germany to the Philippines🥹
Hi @Xblrs, I wish I could answer this question. 😅
Hi Rez, glad to watch your great video. Thank you for sharing. It will help a lot
Happy to help :)
Doing internship while doing masters in germany will help ?
For sure! I will recommend this :)
Hey Rez, Great video! Just finishing my master's degree in April. How early do you think I should start applying for jobs to find one? Do you think if I do get an offer now and tell them I'll be available in 6 months is too much? Thank you!
Germany based.
Hi @islamtorky1762, in my opinion, this depends if you already have industry experience or not. if this doesn’t take too much of your time. I would say apply now for the following reasons. 1. you’ll be familiar with the interview questions and their processes. 2. some companies takes time to reply and hiring process is long. 3. it doesn’t hurt to try. Some companies most of the time knows that there are some buffers ie., notice periods but at most 3 months. but you need to communicate your situation as early as you can to also not waste their time incase they need someone asap. 4. build a routine of applying to jobs because you need to be the first ones to apply to the new ones posted and competition is high.
Good idea will try❤
Hi Rez! is there a any tuition or expenses in schooling a collage in Germany?? and also is there a scholarship to the people who migrate in germany from the other country??
Hello, for public universities there is no tuition fee, maybe some small admin fee. There are also scholarships too..
Watching from Greece, thank you for sharing ,have a wonderful day.

Hey i am psychology graduate and have economics as core subjects...also statistics are huge part of psychology too can i land a job?
Did you study Data Science in Germany?
Hey Norlyn, yes.
@@datawithrez Oh, thanks so much for your response!
Well said Rez,❤ btw, may I ask as a data scientist working here in Germany, how challenging is it to present or communicate, in German? I will be starting my masters soon in Applied Business Data Science, and together with German lessons to achieve B2 level...
Hi Joanna, to be honest, I’ve only been to international companies and we always speak english. Also, I don’t a high level of German. 😅

Hello. Thank you for sharing. Love the way you talk. <3
Mam could you please do a Vedio about how to find job as a fresher. After applying don't getting reply back from interviewer I have Completed Excel, python, power bi . I live in india ,is it possible to do work in other countries remotely . What are the Important skills to get fresher job as a data analyst.
We are spanish citizen both my wife and my son can we moved in germany to work and live there? Hope mapansin po godbless you po
Hello! I am not very sure about this situation but I think you don’t need a work permit to work in Germany unlike non-EU citizens. However, you still need to register in the local authority where you want to settle and provide them with the necessary supporting documents like employment contract, housing, health insurance, social security, etc.
@@datawithrez salamat po pero madali lang po ba mag register in the local po and pwede din ba mag english speaking po jan?
Yes it’s very easy to apply to the local authority as soon as you already have the employment contract, then the rest of the paperworks is also okay. With regards to the language, it depends on your line of work. :) For IT it’s okay-ish to find a pure english job but for healthcare language is needed.
@@datawithrez thankyouusomuch 😊
Hello po, hinahanap ko po kasi yung linked for recognition of my degree in Germany sa description box mo and I can't find it po. Can you share po kung anong website po pwede makapag-recognize ng degree. Salamat po in advance.

Hi Rez, I am currently based in Germany and will be taking my masters degree in Applied Data Science, can you share platforms or ways to expand my network or network with professionals in the same field? Thanks
Hi Joanna, where are you in Germany? my first recommendation which is not new to you is linkedin, also there’s a lot of data science meet-ups especially in Frankfurt, another thing which is more professional and more expensive are conferences :)
@@datawithrez I am based near Berlin. Meet up would be great, unfortunately I am far from Frankfurt, maybe you can feature some meet ups in your content:-) Regarding conference, maybe in a year so when I am ready🙂 Maybe you can feature conferences you attend to here as well, so I now what to expect, thanks again Rez💗

Hi, what are the health insurance companies you get insurance from here in pH for student visa? 🙂
Hi, If I remember correctly since that was a long time ago, I think I did not get health insurance from Phil. companies, I got it directly from DAK-Gesunheit (a german public insurance) I just forgot how I did it though. Sorry, I can't remember anymore.
Dear sis, I am a beginner in DS learning. Can u plz illustrate a clear pathway to succeed in this journey!!?
