    Hi Rez! 🙂 I am a fellow data scientist over in Australia and have also recently started out on CZcams focusing on the data science industry - I just posted my day in the life video!
    Would love to connect / support each other and hopefully inspire other people in STEM!

    Hi could you talk about the job opportunities for data analysts and data scientists in various countries in europe? (for international students). and if possible also include DS/DA roles related to biology/healthcare too
    Have a great day ! love your content

      Hey Rahul, thanks :) I'll try to research about this stuff since countries in EU is a big scope 🙈. DS/DA related to Biology is emerging because DS in healthcare is really growing as well, the same as health tech start ups. So I'm sure opportunities are there. ☺️

    Hi mam I hope you are fine..I m from india .. I m planning to do ms in Germany from htw Berlin .I did graduation in mechanical engineering after that I did a course in data science and currently working as a data scientist . Mam I want to ask you something important .. mam does it make difference while searching a job because if our bachelor's ..I mean I saw few job posting in Germany which want background in cs or statistics..I had a chat with senior ,he told me that if you have experience and master degree in that field then it doesn't matter what was your bachelor's degree. You can apply for that job ..but I again wanted to confirm this thing. because I. Going to pay so much money for my master's in data science and if I won't get a job then I ll broke coz I m from a very middle class or not so rich family. Please mam help me out

      depending on your background, I suggest learning the fundamentals first like linear algebra and statistics. I recommend the book statistical learning. That will guide you..

      Hey, you're welcome :) To be honest I don't know a lot of universities here in Germany. There are the public ones, which are free. you can just google them depending on which city you want to stay in as well. I studied at Frankurt School of Finance and Management, it's a great one. ;)

    A person with economics degree ( bachelor ) can work as a data scientist or ml engineer ?

    • @datawithrez
      @datawithrez  Před 3 lety +1

      There is no hard strict requirements to become a data scientist, anyone can become one. Although most of the people holding the title got masters and phds in tech courses as I've said in my vid. Companies also prefer these backgrounds. You just have to prove them. But to become a DS from other fields, you have to prove experience in DS related tasks, perhaps learn the DS fundamentals and apply it in internships. This is the easier way. Just keep in mind that you are competing with other courses nearer to the field like comp. sci, math, etc. but it doesn't mean that it's not possible :)
