Been following Danny for quite sometime. I got to a place where I struggled with golf and could not get myself out of the GOLF DARKNESS! I got myself back and enjoying golf again by taking Danny's lessons to the range and just focus on his advice and ignore all other noise ( mostly in my own head) as we all know we become our worst enemy by over thinking. You cannot go wrong with any lesson from Danny. My game is now better than ever. I will give this drill a try as I am also getting up in age (54) but I do hit a long ball for my age but more is better!! :) My favorite videos were Danny's lessons with his Dad. Just a few holes he had him fixed right up! Keep it up Danny..

Danny, love this drill, I’ve been very inconsistent off the tee. Works well in my garage range will try outside tomorrow. How can I increase club head speed once I got the balance? I’m 66 , in good shape but top out at 90mph.

Danny, nothing to do with this video. video was great I might add. I have a question on putting grips. Is it legal to have the flat portion of the putting grip facing your right hand(for a right handed golfer) Secondly, would you recommend installing your putter grip in this fashion? Personally I think it would help keeping your right hand going towards the target. Would love your take on this, thank you

I've practiced for hours and it's so hard to grasp not forcing downswing on the ball causing the chicken wing. Lessons helped last year but I forgot them all and now it feels like I'm starting back over. This really helped on the driving range but on the course it's hard to bring with me!

This is a real game changer I have practised this and it does work went from D river 210 to over 260 and I’m 70 so thanks Danny

Another great video Danny love that you share your knowledge with us mere mortals. Have you any tips I can use regards my pathetic swing I hit a nine iron 120-130 but only hit driver 200 -210 oh and I’m 70 but flexible

I've tried this and have a few issues. One is my arc seems to be smaller on the way back down and I can't hit the ground consistently. It's like i miss the ground. The second is I slice the ball at times because I'm holding my wrist angles and I'm not flipping squaring the face I guess. Any thoughts to help me with this Danny. Thanks for any help.

I can do that 30-80yd shot every time. The problem is my club's 7 iron and the distance literally 30-80

Thanks Danny. 63yrs old here, still maintain fairly decent flexibility, is it OK to bend your left arm at the top of the swing? You seemed to do that a lot with the towel drill.

I thought I make myself ridiculous when I start shifting/dancing before my driver swing. But it really helped me to create that snapping moments.

Been a sweeper all my life. Been having trouble holding greens this time of year with the way grass is. Especially when several courses have changed to miniverde grass this last couple of years. I grew up on a golf course my dad called a billy goat farm. I could not take divots due to how hard the ground was without hurting my wrists.

Correct! You make a U-swing, not a V-swing because that is hitting down on the ball.

This is brilliant real world advice. So much info on not using your arms and hands, but as us seniors age and the natural athletic ability wanes, unless you stretch and exercise to stay in “golf” shape the Golf club swing speed drops like a rock. Introduce your arms back in to your swing to compensate a bit and add some clubs head speed back. Play and have fun.

Great drill Danny, I added a short arm band around my elbows for practicing swings before hitting the ball. Would love to add an exercise to support mobility and strength in the backswing - like you point out at 5.30, I think I lose the structure especially when tiring.

Love this Danny but when you have short arms 5,3” and big chest 😢that gets in the road how can I adjust this move ? Asking on behalf of the beloved women out there ❤️

I’m 48 and very athletic but cannot turn my body like that. I’m hitting my 6 iron 7 iron 8 iron all the Same distance and makes me wanna quit golf altogether
