Im building in ireland, plasteres are finished outside of the house about 4 weeks. Noticed lime white stains from the plaster on alot of the windows, some are very bad. Git window cleaner in and he cant budge it. Will the bronze wool 0000 pads get it off with a decaling solution?? Will the wool scratch the windows, i paid 30k for my windows and need to sort it

I always do a first clean. I charge it can be 45 pound to 65 pound to 85 pound, depending Ops is they do not do that to me I've fogged them off. And also it is a 15 pound cancelling charge. Do I get it yes

Hey there. I signed up with the gym 3 weeks ago and filled out a GoCardless direct debit form. I got a confirmation from them that my direct debit was set up etc. but NO PAYMENTS have come out, and I can’t get hold of the gym owner. I’m too scared to use the gym as I haven’t paid for it yet, but the money is all there waiting to come out. I have other direct debit payments and when I rang my bank they said there should be no reason the money isn’t coming out. I don’t know what to do 😢

Good advice for people. I have recently switched to wfp after 22 years trad. Increased all my prices by a minimum of £5 and everyone has been happy to pay it. After cleaning peoples windows for so long they soon trust you and willing to pay the going rate.

Clean/service pole when you feel a gritty sensation when extending or collapsing sections of the tucker pole. Take pole apart into sections. Spray interior and exterior of each section with garden hose and allow to dry. Prepare PTFE spay (dry film lubricant from any independent hardware store), 'copper wool' scrubbing pad, tub of hand wipes, isopropyl alcohol, long dowel or bamboo rod, long enough to extend through the individual lengths of the separated pole. Step 1 - use garden hose to clean interior and exterior of each section of disassembled pole section. Step 2 - wipe exterior of poles with a rag. Step 3 - open up a sanitary wipe sheet for hands, crumple it a bit, and stuff it in the end if one section of pole, slide it in about an inch, and pour in about 1/3 of a ounce of isopropyl alcohol. Use your long dowel or bamboo rod to gently push the wipe all the way down the length of that single section of pole, until it pops out the other end. Repeat until the wipe comes out fairly clean, and until you don't feel the grit on the inside of the pole as you slide the wood through. Replace the wipe as needed during this process. On the last pass through, if your wipe us faitly clean, use the wipe with a bit of isopropyl alcohol to give the outside of the individual pole section a good wipe down. Then use the copper wool to run over the exterior of the pole section several times to dislodge any remaining grit, don't use pressure, and then simply wipe down exterior of the pole section with a damp clean rag. Once outside of pole section is clean and dry, gently rotate/roll the pole section in your hand as you apply the PTFE in long sweeping motions, ensuring you get an approximately even distribution around the pole section, end to end(just do about 24 to 30 inches of the pole section at a time). Apply lightly in coats, until it has, a generous layer all over. Set each section aside. Reassemble pole layers as usual, and repeat as necessary.
