Ive the gardiners power reel. Its quite a bit more expensive than the 3D reel but id swap it in a flash. The brother has the 3D reel & its better in every single way. Ah well, this window cleaning lark is a Godsend none the less. Thanks again Darren 👍🏻☘

Hello Darren, hope you are keeping well mate, I have had the power HD reels for many years and they work brilliantly love them 👍 recently ordered a 3D power up as I like waterworks stuff in general and fancied a change 👍first mistake was to order through WINDOW CLEANING WAREHOUSE waited over two weeks for delivery 🙄sat in the box for a couple of days until yesterday being a bank holiday and perfect weather I decided to install looks good feels good first impressions👍 uninstalled my Hd power then installs the new shiney 3D power up feeling excited new toy and all that turns on the pump no water enters the hose but a fountain of water spurts out of the swivel connector floods my van in no time. Absolutely gutted Going to send it back and ask for another one as I still want one but one that works out of the box. Hoping I haven’t got to wait another two weeks for delivery again.
Honestly mate before shipping back perhaps try giving Jordan a call, you never know, may be something really daft and simple to put right without dealing with the awful service of the Window Cleaning Warehouse.

Have spoken to Jordan, sending me a new coupling out today should receive tomorrow 👍 got to better than dealing window cleaning warehouse customer service.
Finally it's had a hose guard fitted. This was a clear thing missing from the original and should have been there from the off.
Totally, this was the bane of my existence with when I bought the old DIY kit to go on a clover reel but this is now light years ahead -

What kind of power supply would this reel need?
In the vans we run them on the 12v leisure batteries like you get in a caravan or motorhome

Sorry to say I bought this over a month ago, was meant to come ready to go, in still waiting for the part for connecting it to the 8mm hose I purchased it with and for. Having a shockingly bad service so far... 👎
