Hi, I'm based in Leicester and was wondering if you have a video on a CRM I'm looking into squeegee app and Jobber and would love your feedback if possible please. Thankyou
Alright mate, wondering how your getting on with the vans, you use the traffics don’t you?, got a caddy with 350L, really good van but need more space for the vac and a bigger tank so looking to upgrade.. don’t like to finance so will buy second hand likely a 5 year old model. Any recommendations? Gonna wait for corona to blow over anyway
I have steered away from WCW for years as they have failed us on every order in the past. Poles and brushes: Gardiner Pole Systems. - Hose reels and tanks: Waterworks window cleaning. Everythig else: The Cleaning Warehouse in Willenhall.
My best advice on the ringing / texting before you go is don’t. I’ve been at it 30 years and very rarely ring before maybe 1%. If you just start they never say a word. With regards to the covid we stopped for a couple of weeks and then customers were asking where we were. So happy days we just started doing it as normal.
Al Phillips Sorry all the above about not asking first is under normal circumstances obvs at the moment we knock stand back 10 feet, make sure they are ok with it and proceed. We so far have got through maybe a quarter of the round and had 2 people decline but said carry on when all this carry on is over.
Worst advice ever. Texting evening before is crucial and convenient to customers. All business are doing so nowadays cuz isn't not 1995... and times has changed, not only in window cleaning business. texing cost nothing. No one's saying to ring 20 people day before. Be more humble and take good advice from somone who have big success in business.

Hi Sam yee I like Trafics / Vivaros for the galvanized bodies. Ours are the LWB versions as they have the uprated payloads and loads of room.
Is it worth using the Heated system on wfp in the summer or am I just Wasting money! ?
Only you can decide what works best for you but I used to run mine all year as it just strips the muck off so much faster.
Darren Best
I to use mine all year. Just make sure you have it serviced once a year.
