Great massage thank you. It's called old school working, before smartphones.
Cracking video as always Darren
Thank you Niomi
How jealous , that looks great as I’m sitting in van with the rain coming down. Have a good one mate 👍
Great video as always.
I'm getting better gonna try this
In the uk bosses and managers have a very poor attitude it's all about seeing people grafting till they are dead on there feet weather it's profitable or not
Old school union rules is that type of mentality. Those types will never learn.
Morning Darren hope all is well... That's a very brave video title 😂
Classic click bait mate! 🤣🤣🤣
That's exactly how I work. 9am I'm at my first job, and I don't look up (figuratively speaking) until 2.30pm. No breaks, no stops, no cuppas, no phones..nothing but straight graft right through. Food and a cuppa when I get in and I've got the rest of the day to myself. Absolutely love it. Yes I finish early, but I get more work done it those hours than a lot of people working 8. Plus I have to finish as I run out of water in my 800L tank lol.
Turn the flow down a touch? 😉
@@Darren-Green haha. Maybe I should. I started on 40, it's currently on 80 haha
aldi pay their workers a fair bit more than other supermarkets. according to staff member they do have to work for it but are happy as they are more productive- they want to get more done. as for england, well the first thing cameron asked to be let off in trade negotiations was the working time directive. we may be going the wrong way.
Cameron needs to be tossed out full stop, he's no example to anyone. Didn't get his own way so tossed all hos toys out the pram and quit. W****r! (Pardon my french)
@@Darren-Green no one's heard from him in months, he's like the cheap window cleaner had all the slogans promised the earth and has now done a bunk
@@svenroeder dislike and hatred are a waste of time IMO but as the leader of my country when he didn't get his own way he just quit! I truly dispise that man and everything about him based just on that alone.
