Take corrective action about Boiler pressure don't start Turbine Rolling at low pressure otherwise Turbine acceleration Will be less and chance to operate dn/Dt.

Sir our all BFP are motor driven in 250 MW BHEL unit, one BFP is given in auto start mode by BHEL but our c and i , EMD and TMD not ready to keep that third bfp on auto start mode . Can you tell why

Sir, whether vibration factor is applicable in boiler & turbine or not?
Vibration factor is considered for Turbine & it's auxiliaries such as CEP, BFP, DMCW pump etc. Also for Boiler Auxiliary such as ID, FD, PA fan Coal pulverisers.
