    Why we are seeing suction flow in pumps like TDBFP? Why not discharge flow.And what are the conditions on which suction flow will come low,and it leads to TDBFP trip,mainly tell me impact of recirculation valve on suction flow?

      To prevent cavitation with accurate measurement of suction flow if it comes below preset value pump must be tripped. Suction flow will reduce in case of Deaerator level low, if Suction valve closed in case of pump running condition, malfunction of flow transmitter.

    Sir in our plant 500MW. There are total 10bowl mill.
    Load is around 490MW. total 7mill in service BDFGHJK.
    when mill C taken and charged then BC flame got deteriorated also BC fireball out. Why this happened sir? We support the boiler by firing but inspite of firing flame disturbed?
    This happened regularly when base mill like A or B taken flame become poor?

      You have to observe when taking mill in service which is creating disturbance in flame their coal nozzle to be checked in opportunity shutdown for possible misalignment and necrssary correction.

      Main factor Specific coal if it is according to design coal rejection always less.

      . Mill bowl DP increases due to choking of Mill, and PA air not coming from MRS sustem.

    Does classifier is having any mesh? How the classification is happening there?

      It is flap type screen, can be adjust manually from outside the mill. Mounted at Mill top.

      Classifier position 1 to 10, means flap type mesh adjusted inside mill with the application of outside mounted lever.
