    Dear Sir,please make a video related with that why we are not using number of heaters in large scale and its effects .like 4 HP heaters instead of 3 etc.

      Actually we can only add Sensible heat corresponding to Condensate & FW pressure as steaming is not permissible in Economiser therefore number of heater must be design to take above consideration.

    What is meant by Backup Trip in LFO

      Back up trip related to AC power 110 Volt AC failuire which cause OIL VALVE & Air valve will be inoperative.

      HP exhaust temperature agar increase kar raha hai to iska matalab turbine me steam enter karne ke baad exhaust nahi ho raha hai, yesa Sirf start up time hota hai jab lambe samay tak Turbine ko rolling me rakha jata hai Unit ko synchronized nahi kiya jata hai to churning se steam temp exhaust par increase ho jata hai. Turbine blade ke liye dangerous hai. Normally steam jab Turbine me work done karke exhaust hota load condition me turbine blade ka temp within normal range Hota Hai.

    Sir in our 250 MW BHEL boiler design coal flow is 185 tph when coal CV is 3300 kcal per kg, if CV of coal drops what is the maximum coal flow we run in boiler
