    Sir, kindly explain how to save the boiler from min. Eco. Flow trip protection when the turbine is tripped. I.e, how to take BCWP and MDBFP into service to save the boiler from Min. Eco. flow protection. I am working in BHEL 800MW unit.(MDBFP: 20.5Mw & BCWP: 830 Kw)

      IGV means throttling of flow, vfd means Speed control, Blade pitch control means control of flow by Blade angle

      Balancing line provided to prevent Axial shift of pump rotor.

    could you please tell me that at 0.6ksc if HPBP valves not closed then what will happen. please elaborate it clearly. Doubt is that if TG trip happens, but to run the boiler independently we want HPBP and LPBP to be open. But as per this 0.6ksc criteria if HPBP closed then by reheater protection boiler will also trip.So, could you please tell me that what is main reason behind that at 0.6ksc ,HPBP closes.

      It is at 0.9 to 1 kg/cm2 gauge pressure in condenser.

    could you please tell me that why 220V DC failure leads to MFT.

      Without 220 Volt DC you can't run Boiler safely, as LDO gun LONV, HONV, LOTV, HAD, HAG control fails....
