    Hi sir...in startup time some RPM approximately 600 rpm ecentarcity come to zero... after synchronisation also it will showing zero...sir i am working in two different plant both are Danogfang turbine one is 150MW and other one is 135MW...in 150 MW eccentricity showing zero after 600 rpm to upto nornal operations...but in 135 MW Danogfang turbine in running operations eccentricity showing 63 microns...my humble request is please share your knowledge on above matter.

      Normal running condition pressure ratio is indication of utilization of steam energy.

    One more question please explain main turbine me eccentricity nahi show karta hai but TDBFP me eccentricity show karta hai kyu....?

      Actually Eccentricity is important parameter upto 2850 RPM then after it is not very important to monitor TDBFP design to operate various speed so it is provided in TDBFP.

      Self sealing takes place above 60% of Unit load by Gland leakage steam of HP and IP turbine.

    Why do we close the lube oil cooler inlet and outlet from the water side when turbine tripped

      @@kpatelbla sir I didn't understand the logic why from water side and does it affect the LOP and this I wasn't seen it it supercritical unit but why in sub critical unit like 150MW

      @exhaustedhumanoid_ actually Lube oil temperature recommended by OEM (Original Equipment manufacturer) is 45 to 49 degree but in case of Turbine trip if you don't isolate lube oil cooler it drops below recommended value so your turbine might be standstill condition means out of barring due to low temperature of Lube oil which is extremely avoidable. I think you get it.

      @@kpatelbla ok that I understood but lube oil for lubrication purpose so in tripping time how could be temp drop fast as the average rotor temp more than 150 and it takes 16-18hr to come atmospheric temp. So why do we isolate the lube oil cooler from water side just after the turbine trip

      @exhaustedhumanoid_ actually when Turbine on load there is more heat generated in bearing as compared to unload condition.
