Just another twist about the whole Warrior of Light making the appearance is that.... in every FF mainline game, you are the Warrior of Light as the WOL is just another synonym for "Hero" or "Zodiac Brave" or of the many other titles given throughout history to one who rises up as a hero of the land. I love watching people who have never played. It's funny to see how they try to play and how scared they are at first. I was the same until I got used to it. Then I just got mad at certain killers. 😂

God of War 2 was amazing! This is the game that picked up on more of the story first. It was such a well done sequel and that cliffhanger was HUGE! God of War 3 is gonna be epic too! In terms of story, I'd say GoW 2 was better, but thats ok tho because GoW 3 is just about the final battle between Kratos and the Gods. Does'n't need that much story. It pretty much raises everything else to the next level tho. The graphics look the best, the brutality is the best, the boss battles are the best, and it personally has my favorite set of weapons outta the og games. You'll love it for sure.

While it is outlandish and crazy. I recommend doing the hildibrand side quests once you can. It has some of the funniest slapstick humor and is the absolute best. There is pretty much a hildibrand quest chain for each expansion.

so another note, when you mentioned that FF14 1.0 wasn't scapped but the end of it was made into a story beat. In the shadowbringers trailer, look at the class transitions. Bard into Warrior Into Dragoon into Monk. 1.0 into 2.0 into 3.0 into 4.0.

I prefer classic Fantasy aesthetics. But gamewise, FF14 > WoW. I got over the visuals and just enjoyed it.

As a FFXIV player you will he welcomed openly and yes the story form Heavensward to Endwalker goes hard.

One of the best things is one character can be every class, you just need to get the gear and level it. Unlike other games where you need a seprate character for each one.

Dude, you have no idea. Back in Vanilla days a lot of people played WoW. Then TBC hit, and even more joined. Then Wrath of the Lich King came out, the culmination of the entire WC3 Lore game hit its pinnacle. Literally EVERY dude i knew, and some girls too played WoW at that time. Game shops had waiting lines outside for the release days ( that NEVER happens in my country, for ANY game EVER before ) World of Warcraft was a fucking behemoth of a video game in its glory days.

Fun fact: God of War II released in 2007 which was 1 year after the PS3 released but it was a PS2 exclusive. This was because they felt like the game being on PS2 would benefit more since they knew the system in and out and could push it to the limits!

Bro, you should try AC1. A lot of parkour mods have been released recently. They're amazing. Oh, and turn off UI. It's more interesting to play this way. P.S. Odyssey is the worst AC game, but some people love it.
