While it may be satisfying killing Micah, I enjoyed every second of it, it was definitely John’s biggest mistake. Especially after Arthur said “I want you to not look back” and how he always spoke negatively about revenge.
Fun fact: When we see Mary at Arthur’s grave in the credits, it’s actually Roger Clark (Arthur’s actor) doing Mary’s motion capture

John taking revenge on Micah for Arthur, but in the end he did exactly what Arthur did'nt want him to do, Arthur always said that revenge is a fool's game and that John should not looked back, but he did... and this mistake brought the Pinkerton to Beecher's Hope

No, Dutch didn't change. He's still the same narcissist monster he is. The reason he shot Micah was because he knew he owed it to Arthur. Especially on the cliff when Arthur dies, when he looks at Micah, you can see the look on his face saying "What have I done?" as he walked away. It was after Micah said "Arthur's been dead a long time." that Dutch saw light for that brief moment. He shot Micah for his betrayal and destruction of the gang, and out of realization for the way he left Arthur.
You can go and find all the people in the end credits in game and talk to them. Rainsfall, Mary Beth, Tilly, and Mr Pearson.

Sad thing is that Micah got the last laugh because his death led the pinkertons to John in Rdr1

You should travel around you can meet Tilly, Mary-Beth, Charlotte and Pearson. And tou should go to Armadillo and Tumbleweed for more story and lore.
