Dunno if someone said this already, but you should be able to combine cables in the 2x2 crafting space in your inventory. if you put 2 of 1x wire next to eachother you get a 2x wire, and you can also chuck bigger wire in for the equivalent number of 1x wires

I know this is way to late, but i have to say it. using swords to break blocks damages the sword faster than using it to fight, could have reduced the times all swords broke and needed to fist the skeletons.

It is pretty universally agreed upon by the GTNH community to allow spawning in admin anchors for free chunk loading. Also 2.6 added completely free chunk loading.

Regarding chunkloading as it is said in the questbook you are allowed to /give you admin achors or use external mods to have chunkloading for free. The mechanic that wants you to pay for chunkloading with enderpearls is to limit the amount of chunks loaded on the official servers but since you play in solo you are allowed to /give admin anchors.

You can get more essence berries to grow faster by adding 4 pieces of dirt under the bush, For the oreberry buses, you will need 3 dirt and a block of the metal under it. i.e. copper orebush needs a copper metal block.

Honestly, I would think simply turning pollution off would be more than fair. It doesn’t test your brain outside of… moving machines around or just constantly wearing a hazmat suit. Anyway, EBF #1! Hooray!

Is it just me or is the game Audio compressed? Also are you going to do the whole game with pollution on 😂 I feel like turning it off isn’t cheating, it’s even acceptable

i think if you were to put the vacuum hopper slightly offset from the spikes, it might stop the items/xp from getting stuck on top of the spikes, stopping or helping slow down the item buildup you were having

2 things: 1. Install ServerUtilities, everyone uses it. Due to the fact you're in 2.6 you'll have to enable it in the config. It'll let you claim and load chunks as necessary, which although may seem optional right now, is a necessity from hv onwards. 2. Disable pollution, this one might be a bit more controversial, but its another thing basically everyone does. The game isn't at all balanced around pollution, and its caused so many issues because quite literally no one who plays the pack enjoys it, yet one dev specifically wants to keep it. All it does it make gameplay more annoying and its another thing that by the time you get to EV+ is basically a necessity if you wanna enjoy playing

The way most recipes in the EBF work is that you can speed them up by feeding it various gases (almost always noble gases), that's why every recipe in it is repeated like 5 times

Mercury is useful after fluid solidifying into quicksilver and then crafting into blocks for thaumcraft

It's not as useful for skyblock, but from a purely Gregtech perspective, I'd check out Threefold. He does a really good job explaining tha machines and the mechanics for how everything works

Look into being a large aluminum fluid cell. Actually, look into getting a stack of them. Much easier to transfer fluids with them and they aren't limited to intervals of 144 or 1000 L

The universal cells let you store less than a full bucket, but I don't think they're used in any crafting. The ones in crafting have to be either empty or completely full.

Also a good tip for forming multis in the future: Don't rely on the visual for where to put hatches/buses, since it's sometimes inaccurate, instead hold shift while hovering over the controller and the tooltip where tell you where the hatches/buses can go. Sometimes instead of saying "any casing" or whatever it'll say "hint block with dot 1", this refers to when youre using the hologram projector. If you right click a multiblock controller with the projector it will show a hologram of the multi, and some blocks will be a plain looking block that has 1 or 2 dots on it. This refers to "dot 1" or "dot 2".
