New 2024 IKEA PAX Wardrobe Assembly
We have been debating on the best way to make the most of our bedroom wall to maximize storage space. Shon could build a custom closet but that would require a lot of sanding and painting. The IKEA PAX Wardrobe was an ideal solution to customize the space with readily available products. We watched a few videos to help get tips and tricks to assure easy assembly but…. SURPRISE! We got the NEW PAX Wardrobe with no videos to view for a reference. So we hope this video helps you with your assembly and makes your life just a little bit easier!

I can't believe you just posted this yesterday!!! I just bought a PAX last night and went to assemble it today. I was expecting the old style of assembly and was shocked when I saw the one piece construction with the 3 walls already together. You could not be more correct when you say the instructions are useless!!! I spread out all the parts and tried following the instructions without success. Horrible instructions! It seems like this is a new type of assembly because I could only find your video that shows the new PAX assembly. THANK YOU!!!!

@@r-ranchadventures FYI...the whole video saved my life but I have to tell you, your tip at 10:40 about using the crow bar to gently pull on the doohicky so the front piece will fit was possibly the greatest tip of all time. I hope everyone putting together Pax 2.0 find yours video! Thanks again.
I would say the most important parts are were the holes line up at the top. Video is very helpful - if you can add is standalone picture of alignment that would be fantastic

A lot of people are upset in Houston with how long it’s taking to get the power back up. We see it on the news here in south Louisiana. We bought our first generator this hurricane season, I hope you guys have one. This was a low level cat 1, it shouldn’t take this long to get the power back. Wishing y’all the best. Glad to hear you are prepared with a generator. We have a generator for events such as a hurricane. I thought I had plenty of gas, but had to go on the hunt for gas today. We are able to keep the fridge and freezer cold, and run a fan and a window unit.
Good review. I have the same machine and love it. I use mine for moving dirt and have a 3 point chipper. Also use it for snow plowing, the R4 tires aren't as bad as the complaints. I grooved my tires and that helps a lot. Thanks for posting!

@@r-ranchadventures Chipper is worth it for me, I hate brush piles. I have a Woodland Mills WC46, hydraulic feed. Avoid the "chuck and duck" versions. You really want hydraulic feed.

@@r-ranchadventures my son bought some Neapolitan Blue Bell and brought it over. Corn Syrup. Skim milk, etc No delineation between flavors. All swirled together.
@@edwinamendelssohn5129 I have never had that flavor. But the Tin Roof, Rocky Road, Root Beer Float… so many good ones! But maybe I am just not picky when it comes to ice cream! 😉
@@r-ranchadventures quality Ice Cream doesn't contain corn syrup. Ice cream should be cream, sugar, eggs and natural flavors.

Hey guys!! Bought this unit to use when we have power outages after hurricanes. Down here in south Louisiana we go a week at a time without power. Going to use it with a generator but I don’t want to mount it permanently. Only going to use if we have a hurricane. Any installation suggestions for not permanently installing. Thanks Todd
@@toddjones3046our permanent residence is in Houston so we totally understand. Time left us without power for 10 days… miserable! Unfortunately, I don’t think you will have luck safely securing without a couple screws. Wish I had better news! Stay safe this hurricane season 🙏

I have 3 of those unit, 2 8000 BTU and one new 12000 BTU and I thiunk they have the best design and very low noise on the market. Great video!

I used a marbled contact paper on plywood countertops for about 3-4 years…had trouble telling difference from across the room. Had to be right on top of it to know it wasn’t real marble. Pretty durable and cleaned easily, just used trivets if needed to put anything hot on it.💖

The unit has small clips to prevent the window from opening but we also bought small metal clamps that fit on the window railing to prevent the windows from opening upwards.
Thanks for the video. Bought two of this unit; one for the bedroom and one for the office. I put a mini-split in the living room last year. I've got 46" windows, though. Still looking for solutions on installation.
I wish I could offer you more help on those wider windows, but I don’t have any practical knowledge to share. Good luck, where there is a will there is a way.
