- We had three dead trees that jeopardized the safety of our cabin. We decided to utilize the beautiful morning to quickly fell the trees. NOTHING went as planned and the weather struggled to safely get the trees on the ground!

That tractor safety bar folded down offers no rollover protection or falling tree protection.
You are absolutely correct. That was an oversight on our part. We have to fold the ROP to put the tractor away, and I forget to put it back up. We did put it up for a later tree felling project, but we will be more conscious of that in the future. Thank you for your insight, and for taking the time to watch and comment on our video.
This should be a "What not to do" video. I don't even know where to start (and I won't), but honestly, no disrespect, but I wouldn't show this video to anyone.

Get some training from a professional before you ever attempt to cut anouther tree unless you have really good life insurance and want your beneficiary to collect you can't do anything more wrong when cutting a tree then what you did
I know my back cut was off every time. I have watched some more videos to get tips on how to correct that. I would love to hear your specific tips if you’re willing to share. In any case, thanks for watching and providing feedback. This is definitely a learning process

We do plan. Because the trees are so thick, they get easily hung up. I bought chain saw chaps this week. We are always learning and improving and totally open to constructive suggestions.
Doctors have bills too.
We have always been open that we are not experts and we make mistakes along the way. But we are making changes as we go to improve. And for us… it works!
