When DISASTER Strikes!

- This week, Texas has been pounded by torrential rains causing widespread flooding. We lost power in our house for 12 hours and neighborhood looked like a tornado went through (which seems to actually be the case). There has been a lot of road closures and traveling is difficult but we wanted to make sure no trees fell on the cabin and that it was not flooding. Upon our arrival, we found minimal damage and drainage seemed to be doing well. It stormed again overnight and into the morning so it gave us another chance to work on drainage in real time! We feel blessed that we did not sustain any damage and we pray for all those who been affected by the floods!
