XVIVE U6 Compact Wireless Lav Mic | Review & Demo

In this video I review the Compact Wireless Lavaliere Microphone from Xvive. This is a great lav mic that does NOT have a cord attached to it. Simple clip the small rectangle onto the cloth of a shirt and it is ready to go. I compare it with a wired lav mic from Xvive, the LV1, and the U6 is very comparable to it. I highly recommend this unit for video makers in need a the most simple way to ca...

If you have ever wanted to power something using USB 5 volt power using the 9 volt power from your pedal power supply... this is the video for you. All you need is a simple step down converter. I bought this inexpensive 6-40 Volt to Duel USB Buck Converter (Adapter) from Amazon, two for around $11. In just a matter of minutes, I was able to power a pedal that only has USB power. It's DIY, but i...
Xvive LV1 LV2 Lavalier Mic Review

This video is a review of the LV1 and LV2 Lavalier Microphones from Xvive. Both of these mics are truly great. High quality audio and build quality. The LV1 has a little more low end and comes with a "dead cat" outdoor windscreen, while the LV2 rolls off the low end a bit and is smaller for concealment. You can't go wrong with either of these mics. LV1:bitly.ws/u5Rh LV2:bitly.ws/u5Ro Support me...

The chibsons surely are watching these kind of videos to improve their copies of Gibson and Fender... Keep it coming braćo Kinezi...!
That's not bad, but it could be improved a LOT. My laundry room is very noisy and has a hollow core door. I didn't feel like buying a $300 solid door and reframing it, so here is what I did: 1. 1/8" or 1/2" MLV totally covering the door (attach with electric staple gun) 2. 3/4" plywood over the MLV (attach with wood screws) 3. 1/2" cork sheets over the 3/4" plywood (attach with heavy duty contact adhesive spray) 4. Rubber weather stripping all around the door frame. Make sure there are NO air leaks. 5. Heavy duty door sweeps on bottom of BOTH sides of the door. HUGE reduction in DB. Just for fun I threw a bunch of nuts and bolts in the dryer and turned it on. When I close the door I can barely hear anything.
Quickest way to tell is that the binding on the edges of the fretboard overlays the fret wire ends. This is on all Les Paul models except the cheaper models. The binding is put on over sized then filed down to the fret leaving a little nib on the end of the fret wire.
How to assign stereo input to one fader?
The ABR1 bridges that came on the early les paul customs have the screws facing the pickups. You cant turn them around either or the strings catch the screws
It only becomes bad if you try to pass it off as a genuine item. If it plays and sound good and you like it, what's wrong? My new Gibby SG came from California, had been plekked and the P90 neck pickup hadn't been screwed in, so the strings were laying on the surface of it. So much for US quality. My Chibson Byrdland (sold as a "No-brand") has no faults and plays and sounds great. I'm happy and that's what matters.
Backplate, get it off first thing. Like, pop the hood of the car. Basic stuff.
The tuners on the FAKE dead give it away. Those are the worst ones 😝😝 I’ve taken apart over 30 Squiers The dip on the key . China uses single peg indo use two peg . If holes are drilled for single screw it’s been modified SOMETIME FOR THE BETTER , GOT A SET OF SCHALLERS THAT WAY .
I ordered some new pickups recently after doing a ton of research on this topic, hadn't yet found your video but hearing them all side by side reassured me I made the right decision for my preferences. Thank you for making this and I'm glad it popped up in my feed. For those wondering, I went with an active pickup for the neck and a hotrail for my bridge and watching this confirmed that those are indeed the sounds I'm looking for. So anyone watching this will definately have a good idea of what to expect from each pickup type. Well done and thank you!
A guitar is a guitar, and they all have their own personalities and are certainly at the base level a one-off. No guitar body can be remade to take the exact same part of the tree as another, but you can certainly make plastics and metals to be 100 percent exactly like another. So accept it as that, and if anyone wants to seemingly guilty or not thumb their nose at someone saying a squier is a Fender. Just ignore it. In the grand scheme of anything, it doesn't make for a hill of beans or meaningful in any way. They already made their money from clicks on the video, so they won.😂 Play your music and create your beautiful sound with that incredible instrument. A tool of deeper communication. Alright done preaching. I'm out.😂
Hey, would I be able to use two multi effects pedal at the same time, not one or the other? With the help of a PA system of course.
My 75 Ibanez les paul custom is really good. It sits with my Gibsons with NO inferiority complex. I have owned a few Gibsons that were not as good. They were well made. Mine is almost 49 and it's solid, plays flawlessly after all these years. They are also rare.
Helped me save 2-$3000 and keep my " normie" guitars. Thanks!
that blue guitar is kinda out of tune.
Hi Kennis, could you do a tutorial on Fender Basses maybe?
Interesting..a video about spotting fake Fenders by someone who obviously needs to study a LOT more before spewing so much incorrect rubbish. Maybe start by getting your string tree counts right. 🍿
helloo bro i need left handed godin I can't find it
Is this like the Mooer Version which can be used plugged and unplugged to the outlet or not?
Nice video
Very helpfull. Watching from dubai
I think reso is based on like a Gretch resonator.
can you play with 2 guitar in the same time?
HOW MANY IDIOTS ON YOU TUBE DOES IT TAKE TO THINK THEY NEED TO SHOW US HOW TO WRAP UP A FECKIN CABLE???? APPARENTLY WAY TOO FECKIN MANY!!!
Is this guy high!?
Anyone who buys a chipson knowingly should be charged with buying stolen intellectual property.
Ok now that's just hilarious. Great troll that needs, no must, be shared. Thank you sir.
I would buy chibson guitars all day simply because learning from its economic history when it comes to how America was built from the 4 men. Carnegie Rockefeller Ford and Morgan. Now the chinese are taking over on a global economic scale.
I have the 30… reverb unusable very noisy. Tried to get a replacement reverb board from Fender . They can’t supply it… unavailable. So my advice. My personal view, avoid these amps as issues with long term reliability and repairability!
At the beginning of the video I spoted the fake one because of the color of the inlays and the real one because of the color of the tuning pegs.
Last about 4 changes before the plastic beaks, some Fn genius that designed that.
You can dwap out the reverb with an accutronics module 20dollars.
These fing comments 😂😂😂
After breaking mine, I finally found something that helped me...
I just came here to say I did not watch the video but after owning both, I'll go ahead and answer that for you guys. Yes, they're just as good as the American. Not to mention, the Indonesian made classic vibe guitars are on the same level as well. If anybody doesn't believe that, all I can say is you've not played enough of them.
Omfg at the start of the video there's a flying V bc rich skullpile in the back 😂 I had one of those when I was 10 and thought it was the coolest thing ever 😅 Oh man wish I kept it, never sell your first no matter how cringe it is.
At least you what you are getting with a Epiphone !
Did you tell the owner that he is selling a fake Gibson or report it to the police?
You can also have one signal go to your amp while the other goes to a USB interface for recording or streaming. That way you won't need to wear headphones the whole time playing. Might consider getting this
I have used this method and I am not convinced that it is any better than one turn on top and two turns below, and it is almost impossible to get the string off if it breaks, without side cutters or pliers. I have also never had string slippage leading to an out of tune situation using other methods. I see that it is most probably more appropriate on non metallic stringed instruments such as the ukulele. I would value some comments and constructive criticism here.
"There's history behind Gibson, they've been around for so long" so you will pay 3000$ for something that has worse QC than any guitar on the planet? Gibson, as a company, is dead.
It's actually pretty easy. If the headstock is still attached, you've got a fake. If it's broken off, congrats, you are playing authentic!
Called a Luthiers knot
The Chinese version is better. Just change the pickups
👍👍👍
Good video but...... If you want your hardware to still look good in 20 years - Don't ever use power tools to tighten screws, and it's a good idea to put a little string tension on the neck (with screws cinched, but not tight) so the neck "seats" in the pocket.
tuners were dead giveaway instantly
lots of guys with no money defending their squiers
I've seen a tube shoved in 180° incorrect. It was in a grain dryer, done by the farmer, but still...
I have a MIM Players Stratocaster and I can pick it up, play it, hear it and it says "Fender" on the head stock so my opinion is "yes it's real". The entire guitar has all the parts that a guitar needs and everything works perfectly, if it was a guitar shaped cake with decorative icing to give it the appearance of a guitar then I would say it's "fake".
Exactly same problem with a cheap fender dreadnaught someone gave me. It happened during hot weather. Two years later time to fix it. This is exactly what I wanted. Thanks.
