Both chin-ups and pull-ups are hard for me cuz ma spine is not straight. I still do calisthenics. Nvm lol keep grinding.

Lean is just better in general

Volume and intensity is the key concept, look up "k booges" his training method and advice is to keep it simple (push up, pull up, squat) do it everyday in a modest volume and intensity so you get the benefits of training everyday. Of course that with certain goals his approach fails a little bit but is solid advice and a good way to train.

First, front delts are bs, second, wide grip push ups are one of the best bodyweight exercises for chest extension

How new are you?
You need to train basics, pushups, pull ups, etc. Don't work on any skills till you build lots of strength. First skill you do want to learn is handstand though because of balance and strength reasons. Idk but you need to grind and get way better at the basics first

How many times should I repeat this every day to learn a pull up
Make a plan and try to strengthen your entire body, in my opinion. Negative reps will help a lot, but don't feel rushed if you can't do a pull-up yet. Progress is progress no matter how slow. You can increase the difficulty by going even slower in your negative reps. Just keep practicing, don't give up, and stay consistent. Work for yourself and what you desire to obtain

bro I am a fat guy who can't do pushup and pullup my hand is also weak . I want to start calisthenics but there isn't any exercise which I can do. I want a good body only in 110 days
You can start going in gym and diet and and if you stay consistent you will lose fat and go to journey of calisthenics (ONLY OPINION)

Man, I'm laying down in my room after stopping my running session cuz I got runners knee a while ago and thought they were good to go again, I was wrong. So I was just laying here on my floor giving up, but, no. Now, I've got no choice but to go finish and hit my workout for the day. Thank you, Brotherman for giving me the "don't be a lame" talk.
