I've been training for 1 year and I do 30 push-ups, 20 diamond push-ups, 15 archer push-ups, 30s handstand, 20 pull-ups
a regular handstand? or a wall handstand? For me it's very hard to do it without support

It for sure is amazing, I recommend using rings for pull ups, it's more versatile. I couldn't buy so i made one with rope and a plastic pipe. You just has to cut an part of the pipe
A bit bigger than your hand, like 3-5 extra centimeters or something. And then tie the rope like you want to do something not so
Good to your well being, put one more with on the side and it's done. I put mine in a three I have in my backyard.

Don't forget the lateral abdominal (not sure how it's called in inglesh) for the obliques, it's great.

I've been doing calisthenics for 3 years now, and trust me when I say that progress is SLOW (at least for me). I was kinda obese starting out weighing at approximately 90-95kg. I'm at 75-76kg now and my main struggle for a long time was diet. I thought spamming a bunch of sit ups would make me lose the fat but it did not lmao. The biggest take away I can give personally is take PLENTY of rest and don't ever leave out any major exercises (for a long time I left out pull ups cause I had no real way to do them which left me with a REALLY weak back) I started incorporating them more though and can do a solid six pull ups with good form. After I started doing them my posture got better, my shoulders and upper back got stronger and my grip strength improved. So yeah, don't skip out on em lol. Oh and make sure to start slow. Don't do 100 push ups as a starting point cause that'll encourage bad form and injury. Watch videos online about the proper form and technique needed for each movement. I would recommend channels such as Hybrid Calisthenics and FitnessFAQ who are beginner friendly and won't bullshit you.
So TLDR; go slow, take your time. Focus on good form and good technique first and foremost. It doesn't matter if you can only do 5 push ups at the moment as long as you keep building off of that and maintain good form.

you can't have good result with calesthenics because you don't have the progressive overload
to grow your muscle need to have more wheight because your muscle get use to it, so if you only use your body weight your gonna have bad result

@@TheLegendA51 Its just really hard to progressively overload with this sport for hypertrophy, assmuming u only train at home or parks. Additionally, these are are just animated figures, it sets u false expectations starting the sport as beginner.
