Subbed for more yellowness
I usually practice hanging from the pullup bar for 1 minute for forearm grip strength, and when doing pullups I always think that I'm not lifting my body up but pull the bar down, that what i do that can make the pull ups easier
Instantly saving this to my workout playlist.
Good video
Less goo omw to become yellow too
thx for the kniwledge, just to confirm, straight is better for traing to do a muscle up right?
it is
@@hamitopapel9067 thanks
attack the bar with ur chest 🎉
one of the best information i had ever read 🦇🦇
What about arch to hollow pull-ups? Where the initial pull is arched and ends with your body hollowed at the top?
My wrists just dont stay in that position , it takes immense tension to keep my wrists in that position and usually doesnt work , is it soemthing in the technique or wrist are also supposed to be trained to perform a muscle up.
Hi Bro I can't extract more than two or three pull ups work out any tricks how to improve
FitnessFAQs has an additional suggestion, he explains both as well and then asks why not do both, start with the arched pull-up and transition into the hollow body pull-up
Question, will I still get gains when i pull up at any time of the day, till failure, as much as I can, rather than doing a routine everyday?
If I want to transition to muscle ups in the future, should I do pull ups with arched or straight back?
def straight
man when i tried to crush the bar my wrist hurted for like 10 minutes
if you use arched position too often, your may feel pain in the middle of your back. Because there are some muscles that are easily overloaded
I just had my first pull up yesterday. I only made three. I did the second form. I don't know why my traps is the one aching today.
hahahahahaha that is so funny thank you so much
I was leaning on bed and start pull up, i feel like my soul left my body 😂
So my pull up game is doing very well… but my pullout game has never existed 😢
Nice tutorial but how far do my hands have to be?
Pull up tu easy hai par muscle up 💪
Incorrectly teaching. I started pulling up so much, i accidentally pulled my bros up
My goal is to be able to do at least a single pull up.
Does making my legs limp like swaying all over the movement is bad or i have to stay firm like wood?
If your legs sway during pull-ups, try engaging your core muscles more effectively to stabilize your body. Also, think about slowing down your movements to maintain better control and reduce momentum. You've got this!
@@yellowdude_co Thanks man
Pls make yellow saitama more videos to transform body
The name is Yellow Dude
Noice👌
U gained a subscriber dude 🎉
I personally prefer "no hand pull ups" where i stare at the bar till failure
My problem is my grip is too weak, I lost control and fall down before I can actually pull myself up
Would you like some advice?
Bro i thought it was gonna be another one of those shitty vids, but i as pleasantly surprised ngl lol
more to come
WHY ARE YOU YELLOW
why are we not
My body don't Even understand how to do arch body pull ups, is a so weird position, legs hanging, no engange the abs, hiper extended back, head tilted, pelvis tilted, is too much for target a little muscles like traps or romboids.
are you from instagram?
YESSS

I like your weight vest but it too expensive for me. The vest price is equal to 14 years of gym membership in my country 😅
- Pull ups change people
- Oh yeah, in what way?
- I used to be white.
0:18 I can’t hold my hands like that, I don’t understand how you put them like that. I have pain in my hands and arms. I can't stay in this position. How can you hang like that?
Bro I've seen your stuff on Insta. It's great seeing you here
hello there!
I don’t agree with the grip. If you place your hand over the bar you have a high risk of injury (e. g golfers elbow). That’s why you should leave your hands in a neutral position.
I will push up on every like this comment gets
AYY YELLOW DUDE i saw u on insta, great now ur doing youtube videos!
Yeah thanks
