Check your form and focus on it
Reach failure in each set you do and by the it will increase
@@Jo_chad Lol don't go for failure if you want to increase pushups follow this process
If you can do 10 clear pushups than you should do 5 reps with 5 sets in morning and 5-6 hour before sleep you can increase 3-5 pushups per week just increase 1 pushup after 3 days when you can do 12 go for 6 do half of you can
@@backbencher3322 going to failure and geting the most muscle stretch is the most effective way
you can try to make ~7 pushups for 10 sets with rest for 1 min. this is the best method i tryed. or u can try to make max pushups throughout the day
