Given time they will be replaced but a hundred years from now maybe for the transformation to be complete. After all the girls have the fact that I don't like the Eevee because of the humongous inorganic footprint. There really isn't anything else that has the instant torque that the EV has. Add Dill one time to buy the convert EV postal delivery Jeep . Made famous cuz it was chewed up and spit out the hemis and everything else as long as it did not show up and spit out its axle usually the driver rear. You can find it in the old car magazines it was written up about the shop teacher and his students who built it. A piece of interest in American history and I did not get it because I could not find a transporter that would transport this experimental 40 year old experiment vehicle. The actual Jeep is probably from the seventies or late 1960s. Great question I'll be interested to other people say.

Thank you for the nice comments . I really like this car because when I was in high school my friend had a 67 convertible, Firebird, that we would cruise around in at lunchtime. Often times it’s the things from the past that we remember that brings us to like some thing that we see in the present.

@@gaspumprob that's true. I was watching something about Roseanne Barr and president trump. I still think of her in the context I thought of her back in the day. But maybe I need to lighten up my thoughts and attitude about her. Just a racing comparison of how we see today through yesterday's eyes. And to confirm you made avery good point with that statement

I must say I thought the paint job looked very professional. No orange peal , no runs, no overspray. I wish that person had explained why they didn’t think the paint looked good? Haha yes fly the coupe !!! Barn find comes alive and flys!!!

@@gaspumprob I thought you'd like that, I said. Find some humor and all that. I was looking for a wave in the body works down the side of the car. But I can say is that the cameraman had hair number 3333 out of place. Of course my point is that it looks great. Young thugger reflection throughout the paint so it was a high gloss. Maybe he was jealous that the kid had such a nice car and then we realized it was just a 19 year old kid he backed off in Any case. Videos usually pretty forgiving on body and paint. You very carefully went to bat for the young man and his car. You did not come across judgmental like he did in his original comment. It was impressive that you did not let it slide but you also didn't step on the toes of the commentator. But at the same time is obvious that you were putting out the information defending the young man by simply asking the commentor why he would say this about the paint.

Yes I agree 100 percent. This young man impressed me with his knowledge of automotive skills. He explained to me that he installed a manual transmission out of a 1980 Chevrolet Camero . He also mentioned that this car had been his high school project car. He pointed out the differences between the Firebird and the Camaro and mentioned why he prefers the Firebird styling.

Yes I agree that we need more young men and women to keep our hobby alive into the future. Also we need more people interested in learning automotive skills because we have a shortage of skilled automotive mechanics and technicians these days.

He is about 19 years old a senior in high school. I did not ask about the paint work. He only mentioned the engine and manual transmission installation. I appreciate your input

@gaspumprob It does look pretty good overall,and the kid did an excellent job on the car.. I just commented because it wasn't the typical Cali professional show car paint job,but more of a daily,actual driver, which is great... He should be proud of his ride and his work, and I'd drive that old Indian ..

You got that right! I would prefer a Cuda, Challenger , or Charger over this beautiful bird any day haha but I must say compared to a 67 Chevrolet Camaro this front design has the winning look!!!

I lined up against a 383 that was built rather well. Yes when I saw the tail lights of that challenge I had instant respect for it. But in the end he checked my tail lights. All I had was an old Chevy farmtruck haha.

@@user-xz9dn2ub1x I have only seen one or two people displaying a current modern pump. I do see 70s muscle car guys collecting the stainless steel ones from the 1970s time period.

It’s a very interesting gas pump. I have only seen a few painted shiny with all the internal components gone. This is a industrial work of art imo

Hello my friend, Yes what you mentioned is so true! One example I own a 1955 Westinghouse coke refrigerated chest and it runs reliably in my shop office with original Freon , compressor and wiring to this day. We give away free water and soda to our automotive customers daily. Years ago American companies built quality products. Thank you for visiting and leaving a comment today. GPR
