I EXPERIENCED JUNKYARD FEVER IN SUNSET TEXAS - FORD , GMC, CHRYSLER, DODGE, CHEVY , SALVAGE GALORE!!

- I drove my dodge pick up truck from California all the way to Sunset, Texas and I toward Brown’s salvage in junkyard, which was full of vintage cars trucks and old car parts. This was by far the toughest junkyard to catch on video.  The conditions out in the junkyard or brutal, including heat, wind, bugs, and weeds. These minor setbacks didn’t stop me from touring the incredible collection of old American iron. The owners of the junkyard were very accommodating, allowing me to drive my truck around because of the extreme conditions that day. This junkyard would be a great place to find old fenders, wheels, bumpers, headlights, and other miscellaneous car parts. While driving to this salvage yard in Sunset Texas I noticed a lot of other old cars and trucks out and Fields on private property. Maybe someday I will go back and try to capture some other vehicles that I saw along the roadside. Thanks for enduring the heat, the bugs and the weeds to bring us a truly stunning used-up car lot. Here in Michigan, by the time they make it this far, there's nothing left from the windows down!😂😂

A surprising number of near complete vehicles metal wise. Fortunately we have no poison oak in Missouri, but we are over run by poison ivy. I don't think I've ever seen that one black Cadillac with the large vertical fins. Rob have you ever stumbled into a rattlesnake out there is the weeds ?? I just cannot imagine having so many varied vehicles in one field !! Must be cattle and car country....narry a tractor in sight !! LOL Thank you for enduring the brutal conditions of weather and buggie 'UFO's' to bring us another stellar video my friend.
I mentioned poison oak because that is what we have in California. It most likely was poison ivy which I remember from New Jersey. I fortunately have not encountered a rattlesnake in these yards . I do wear rattlesnake protection boots but I know they can leap much higher and strike. I have more issues at home with rattlesnake’s biting my dogs. This was such a large area to cover and you are right a wide variety. That black Cadillac and the tall tail fins actually caught my attention during the editing. Thanks for the tour of this huge junkyard. It's kind of sad knowing that most of these cars will never be on the road again, but hopefully some parts from these cars can be used to restore other vehicles.
Hopefully while in Texas, you can find some cheaper diesel fuel for your Dodge pickup truck at a Buc-ee's gas station.

@@gaspumprobor anytime man. Hey you know that she doordash I believe it was in 1954 that you showed something drew you to it. You know how few of those two doors they're mainly four doors even The concourse ones. I think it was at 7 minutes and 15 seconds but I could be wrong cuz it's been a few are since I watched. By the way my love 8 second video of put up tonight. It hit 1.5 K real quick and in the period of time it creeped up to 1.6 and then 1.7 K and stopped basically at the end of about three hours. I just put up another one that's 25 seconds long and Darn that car sounds good. And I labeled it late night special because I know that last Friday I really got a lot of views on my late Friday night edition. So I see if lightning would strike twice. Also to show appreciation to those who listen to different times.

The white car @ 6:56 (Packard?) has a finish that looks like old flaking house paint. Lots of great cars that could be rescued. Some of these yards might be a little easier to check out during the cooler months. I wonder if snakes hibernate during the winter down there?

NOW THIS IS A GOOD WAY TO WITNESS A DRIVE-BY SHOOTING OF A JUNKYARD. I was thinking earlier on in the video why doesn't he just get in that truck and drive slow and video. Then you did. I heard something crazy today on another channel. Yeah I really did. This guy was saying that four-door cars are getting to be more popular because all the guys who wanted to build two doors well they're not hobby anymore. And there's plenty of four doors out there with two door parts cars. Now I'll agree that four doors have become more popular but come on now two doors always King 👑 overall. Well I'm glad you survived the trip. I kept expecting to hear this the heat is on song from that Eddie Murphy movie 🍿🎥. Okay that's enough puns for now. 🤣🤣

But like a number of your introductions it's just a little bit over-the-top. But that's fantastic because it keeps people watching in those first valuable seconds when they're trying to decide! But it's not too much where it sends people away. Actually found myself looking for this one today thinking when was you going to put it up cuz I was looking forward to your next installment.
