Still my favorite podcast but Ian’s mic is too professional and kinda shifts the vibe a bit. It sounds less authentic and reminds me of all the other bs podcasts. My girl has a homestead with Chickens and you don't refrigerate those eggs because when they are laid they have a layer which protects from needing refrigeration. Once you wash them they need to go in the fridge and store bought eggs have been cleaned and washed so they go in the fridge. Pretty interesting!

1:42:28 this is incorrect information, if you live in the USA please refrigerate your eggs, when yours are processed they are washed and that process removes the protective barrier which is why USA eggs are always in fridges. Its so the companies can hide the god awful conditions they eggs are in

58:30 Nick being at 270 one week out doesn't seem like very good news. He was around 247 at the Arnold 2023, his most conditioned ever. At the Olympia he was around 254. When you get that big that fast, your waist will suffer , no matter how you'd try to control. I hope he doesn't make the same mistake like Shaun Clarida did when he lost his title to Keone.

Great episode pumped for the NY pro. It’s going to be an epic showing. My parents have chickens if you don’t wash the eggs you can leave them out bc bacteria won’t grow. If you wash the eggs that takes away something or creates a space for bacteria to grow. I think that’s why we refrigerate ones from the store too.

I don’t get the criteria for open at all… somedays it’s who’s the biggest on stage and somedays it’s who’s the most compete. Mike is 1000% right about Nick. Obviously the waist is his biggest issue but come on… his quads are literally terrible to the point is ruins and shape, proportion, and flow. I think the reason Nick looked good heading into 2023 Olympia is because he was hitting legs 2x per week. He scaled that back to once a week and he doesn't look as "balanced" from the front anymore. Just my opinion not a competitor, expert, or judge, just a fan here 😂😂.
