Just want to say, as someone who is struggling to learn a new language, I have so much respect for Marcello and his partner being comfortable enough to talk for an extended period of time in a language they feel incompetent in. Which they shouldn’t feel! Such a good job, miles better than I will be able to do for many years, and it makes me feel so useless as a Brit who waited 28 years to learn a new language. The side by side of Samson is 4 weeks out from Arnold but only 4 DAYS out from Prague. Makes it infinitley more impressive that he's bigger and in my eyes (zero judging experience fan) better conditioned.

What Mike was talking about for hematocrit is naringin. Its a flavanoid found in citrus fruits. Grapefruits have the highest concentration. Lots of published studies you can find on pub med that show a significant improvement from adding a grapefruit or grapefruit juice to your daily diet over 30 days. Dropping 55's to 46. Oddly enough lots of evidence showing significant overall metabolic health from naringin
Grapefruit increases absorption of gear aswell especially orals

I got my RBC, hemoglobin and hematrocrit down doing 10mg of enalapril per day. In 4 weeks, I dropped .17 pts on RBC….. - .7 on hemoglobin -1.6 on hematocrit.
I was on a blast as well. I’m assuming if you’re on a cruise/trt the effects would be better….
I started taking 4g of IP6 on top of the enalapril and I’ll see if it has bigger effects (it should) and I’ll be retesting again in a few weeks.
I’ll post my new results on this post when it comes back.
