Great topic on female divisions. Really hoping figure can come back somehow with exciting pros. It’s very hard. I am one of those pros. Doing my best with social media, but it’s definitely hard to stay on top of when you’re working a full-time job outside of fitness plus other things just to afford the sport. I also find that a lot of the girls are very introverted. I’m extroverted which is great but I definitely feel like an outcast because of that.

One thing I've heard regarding blood work which I think makes sense is that you don't want to go on cycle the moment your blood work looks good. You want to spend some time in range to allow your body to recover. If you jump on gear as soon as you are in range you never spend any time in range, and your blood values will drop below range again instantly, if that makes sense.

I had the Rezum procedure last September. It makes your stream better, BUT it did not fix my over active bladder problems, so I'm still pissing all of the time, not completely emptying my bladder, etc.

Fouad: i had the same feeling like you do now in the beginning of ozempic, but it will wear off, even now at 2mg a week, i dont feel it as strong as in the beginning. im looking forward to hear your taughts after a few months... Succession - is a great show - is a bit slow in the beginning, but after the first season - you will probably be hooked - and the caracther develops..

Another great one! I loved the talk of the women’s categories. I’d love to see more women get more involved on social and such. just show more into their involvement in the sport like the guys do. After meatballs and hummus is a great addition!
The part at the end about your mom and her love of cooking for the family made me tear up. My mom is the exact same way, and I couldn't imagine not having here for those moments.

I remember being at my Aunts house every thursday, It was a family gathering. All of us sit on the table and eat tons a varieties from Cooked Liver to rolled grape leaves to Stuffed Zuchinis "Mahshy". After we finish as Fouad said "Get the tea get the tea" and then "Get the coffee get the coffee" after wards "Get the desserts"
Sometimes I use lifting straps for side laterals. Even when I’m doing back I’m not only using them to secure my grip but to also be able to pull from my back and not my hands. On side raises sometimes I feel myself pulling from my hands and not my delts. For me it helps eliminate that tendency. Only sometimes though. But for me it works.
