You could create a second YT-channel with some raw footage of your woorkouts, no editing at all. Those are rly great videos with amazing quality, but people nowadays seem to love the raw uncut stuff. And its a win for both sides - you dont need to edit as much and people get more content. Maybe you could consider that aswell.
Or imagine doing one of those sessions with sam live on twitch. You would probably get like 10k subs in the first session.
