It’s not like these people are living in a place that has been abandoned for decades they are moving into and breaking into homes that are even occupied 🤬 some of the victims of squatters have been victims during the time they are in the hospital a camping trip with their family or even during a family emergency or even a trip that is wrong no matter how you look at it or try to rationalize it 😢

I have a murder house across the street,sons best friend killed mom. He was on meth.House was put on market by bank did not sale .Later sold to leasing company so it been redone and rented for the last 8 years. Always ask for history of house Do search address if crime was done there is going to be info. I was the one who solved the crime,he was arrested 2 days after. He got 3 life sentences no parole.

Squatting is simply stealing the home. It’s nothing more nothing less than robbing the homeowner of his rightful property. How hard is that for these incompetent judges to understand. The only way a judge like this one would be able to understand that would be if he went away for one week and came back, and people were living in his home and he could not get them out. Funny thing the police would take them out. I wonder why in his case he simply would have them evicted, but in anybody appearing before him, they would have to go through all the hurdles. You don’t think it could possibly be connected to the idea that getting anybody to court is nothing but business, nothing but profit for the judge and the attorneys. No! Not really the same but still a crazy story…….We live in the country and the woman on the property next to us was not able to pay for a mobile home that she had purchased and put on her family property. Well, apparently the bank ran it in the legal news that they were suing her for the mobile home. And apparently, there are people who watch those types of listings. She had already moved out when a trailer toter (big truck able to tow an 80 foot mobile home) showed up and cut everything loose and took it. My husband was amazed at how strong the man was who picked up the outside air conditioning unit and lifted it over the side of his truck bed and took it away with the mobile home. My husband was under the impression that it was the bank coming to get the mobile home……NO! These people stole it. The bank came looking for it. Unbelievable!

Find out where this "judge" lives and squat on HIS property and house, and let's see how he likes it.

They can do what Florida has done. The people of Colorado keep voting for certain people, who change laws, and I suppose put judges into place. Vote differently.

I have animals that would be real danger for a squater lol. 2 Catahoula leopard hounds and a big angus bull that really does not care for strangers and gets out of the pasture to hang out in my front yard. He gets out as fasr as you put him back in and just hangs out by the house. No problem for me but I have seen him lift a loaded tractor halfway off ground because it was new to him lol.

I have no trespassing on my home and fencing. If someone tries to squat, they are trespassing. They broke the law. They can be sent to jail.

Some people moved into my rental without my permission or knowledge The police told me I cannot continue to harass my legal tenants. Once they cross the threshold they are legal tenants. I was told if I returned to my property without giving 24 hour notice I would be arrested, this included the common areas because they were no longer common areas since the gates care now barricaded, The harassment consisted of me asking for the names and contact information of the people that moved in. The officer told me that they did not need to give me that information so I could not give notice so it was illegal for me to go to my property. The neighbors sued me for not evicting them when the courts were closed for applications for evictions. The judge awarded the neighbors $50,000 and told me I should have found a way to get rid of them. Part of that was due to lost wages for an illegal business.

If it was me I'd move into the judges mom's house or his house and then sue him for 400k.

How is breaking and entering a civil matter?

A travel agent can make a list of people who are away for two weeks, and sell them to criminals. Then the criminal can fabricate a phony lease, break in, change the locks, have stuff delivered to the address, and there you go. They can let people in who will steal everything, rip out the copper pipes, set up a meth lab in the basement, and worse.

Maybe the judge should face personal liability for his actions
