After the market recap I cover the zip codes with the highest median income per household. That said, most zip codes have great neighborhoods, some just charge more for them. If you want new, you will probably want to be in 80924, 80927 or 80831. If you want an older home with more land a a bit more character, check out 80906, 80909, and 80919.
