If you downloaded our Twitter Archive before you unliked the tweets, then you should be able to open the JavaScript file called "like" or "like-part1" and see the links of the tweets you liked. To open the JavaScript files, you can use NotePad. In this tutorial, I showed how to open JavaScript files using NotePad. Hope this helps...cheers!

I personally don't have any protected or private tweets, but I think they are part of the Twitter archive. So, if you downloaded your Twitter Archive before deleted the private tweets, you can check the archive folder.

Hi there, sorry to hear you're having issues redeeming your Microsoft Rewards for an Amazon gift card. I agree, they should make the redeeming process much simpler. I just redeemed another two Amazon gift cards ($10 each) on June 14th without any issues. The only different thing I found is that I had to redeem twice rather than just once. That is, in order to redeem $20 Amazon gift card, I had to redeem $10 each, twice. The first $10 Amazon gift came in right away, whereas, the second gift card came in about 24 hours later. I'm also based in Canada (Ontario). I'm not sure why your button is greyed out. Is the phone number, that you're using to receive the text message, linked to your Microsoft account? If not, I would suggest adding it to your account first and then try redeeming. I'm using Firefox as my browser. Perhaps try using an incognito (private browsing) window and logging into your Microsoft Rewards account. Is this the first time you're redeeming your Microsoft Rewards? Once you're logged into your Microsoft Rewards account, from the main dashboard, click on "Status" tab (just below blue top section). Then scroll down towards the bottom and click on the blue button that reads "See your redemption history". Once you get to this page, do you see anything there? In my case, I see the redemption history and two blue buttons for "Resend" and "Get Code" corresponding to each redemption. I really hope you're able to get some help from Microsoft Support 'cos I'm sure this has been very frustrating for you.

Hi Karen, I've received scam emails from scammers posing as Norton. If you don't have a Norton subscription, don't even open the email. And if you do, definitely don't click on any links or respond to the email message.

Hi Alex, I have created another tutorial on how to complete the W-8BEN-E form which is for business entities. You will find the link in the description section. That being said, I believe for Amazon, you don't have to complete the manual form, rather complete it while you're logged into your Amazon account. So it would be a similar process like I showed in this video, except that at the start, where it asks your tax classification, you would choose "Business" instead of "Individual". However, if you are considered a resident alien, given that you're a foreign national living in the US, you may be required to complete the W-9 form instead. You may want to consult a professional tax accountant to make sure.

Hi Saif, if you've already applied your Amazon gift card claim code to your Amazon account, it should already be in your gift card balance. If this is the case, you can just proceed to checkout and it will automatically detect that you have enough gift card balance to pay for your purchase. If you do not have enough balance, it will take the remaining funds from your debit or credit card that is linked to your Amazon account. Hope this helps...cheers!

@leonjenkins5741 So, I'm assuming you're on your own Twitter profile (logged in) and when you go to the Likes tab, it doesn't display any of the tweets you liked, but only shows the number (in this case, 5,000)? If so, that's odd indeed. I just checked my own Twitter profile (right now) and it shows all of my liked tweets, with a message at the top, "Your likes a private. Only you can see them." Are you using the web version or the mobile app? I'm using the web version (on Firefox browser Windows 10) and I have no issues seeing all my liked tweets. It could be related to the browser or app or perhaps some privacy settings in your Twitter account.

Hi Russell, in some cases, when you receive an Amazon gift card via email, the claim code will be in the email. In other cases, there will be no claim code, rather a button or link to redeem the gift card. If there is a link or button, you have to click on it and then it will ask you to log into your Amazon account and automatically apply the amount to your gift card balance. When you open the email, what do you see? If there is no claim code or link/button to redeem the gift card, the person who gifted it to you will need to contact Amazon. Alternatively, you can try contacting Amazon, but they will need some sort of serial number to be able to verify it.

Were you using the same version of Chrome on both computers? Also, I'm assuming you're using Windows 10 on both computers?

Hi Tina, looks like you may have set up 2-factor authentication for your Norton account. Do you remember when you set it up? When you set it up, you would have downloaded the Authenticator App through which you receive a 6-digit code when logging into your Norton account. Also, when you set up the 2-factor authentication, you would have received 10 backup codes that you can use when having issues with the authenticator app. If you can't find the authenticator app on your phone, you can try downloading it. Alternatively, you can try to contact Norton Support to see if they can help you. If not, get them to cancel your Norton Automatic Renewal, which I'm assuming is what you're trying to do. Hi there, if you spend most of your time (in a given year) in Canada and pay taxes in Canada, I think you should be able to use the US-Canada tax treaty to claim tax treaty benefits (i.e. avoid double taxation). For US-based income related to stocks, several articles may apply like: Dividends, Interest, and Capital Gains. Based on the tax treaty between US and Canada, you can look up Articles X, XI, and XIII. In terms of the US tax withholding rate: for dividends and interest it's up to 15%; and for capital gains it doesn't provide any specific tax rate, so I believe the standard 30% rate may apply. That being said, the financial institution will know exactly what tax rate to charge. So in this case, you may be able to use Article 23 (Other Income). If this is the case, the corresponding US tax withholding rate would be zero. Alternatively, you may also be able to use Article 7 (Business Profits). In this case also, the corresponding US tax withholding rate would be zero. @ahmadzeina4361 Is it asking your phone number to send you the OTP (One-Time Passcode)? If so, most likely it is asking you for it because you've set up the 2-factor authentication (for security reasons). This website is safe, as far as I know. I've been using it for a few years now. If you still don't feel comfortable with the OTP, then you can contact their Support and ask them if they have an alternate method for verification.

@ahmadzeina4361 One thing I forgot to mention in my earlier response to you is that, the OTP is most likely what you've set up with PayPal. At what point, during the redemption process, do they ask you to enter your phone number?

If you don't receive it within 24 hours, you can log into your Microsoft Rewards account. In the main dashboard area (just below the header where it displays your points) you will see 4 tabs: Earn, Redeem, Status, and Winners. Click on the Status tab and scroll down towards the bottom, where you will see a blue button "See your redemption history". If you click on this button, it will will show your redemption history. Hi there, you may need to check your "Sensitive Content" settings in your Twitter account and make sure it's turned ON. To do so: (1) log into your Twitter account; (2) click on MORE (in the left-side panel); (3) choose "Settings and Privacy"; (4) then go to the "Privacy and Safety" section; (5) in this section (in the right panel) go to the section called "Content you see"; (6) finally, make sure to check the box for "Display media that may contain sensitive content". Bear in mind that, before you can create a clickable link, you need to link your website to your CZcams channel. Have you done this already? Also, this feature is not available to everyone. You need to be part of the CZcams Partner Program to have access to this feature.
