How to Install Elementor Hello Child Theme

In this tutorial, you will learn How to Install Elementor Hello Child Theme. When building websites in WordPress, you need to install a theme on which the website is built upon.
The theme helps you make changes to WordPress to help you modify the look and feel of your website. Some these are built with page builder plugins.
I’ve used several WordPress page builders and Elementor is definitely one of my most favorite page builders. I’ve created a separate review video and tutorials, which you can check from the links below.
If you’re building your website with the Elementor plugin, you generally don’t even need a theme. But, because WordPress needs a theme installed, you can use one of the many themes that are designed to work with Elementor.
One of these themes is the Elementor Hello Theme and it’s very light-weight and works seamlessly with this page builder. It’s always best to install the child theme because it allows you to modify the theme without altering the main parent theme.
You need to download the Hello Child Theme from the GitHub website and you will find the link below. These are the steps involved in downloading and installing the Elementor Hello Theme: (1) go to the GitHub website (see link below) and download the theme; (2) go to the Appearance section (in WordPress) and under Themes, choose Upload Theme; (3) navigate to the folder and choose the zipped theme file; (4) click the Install Now button; (5) once the theme is installed, click Activate.
And that’s pretty much it, you can then start building your website using the Elementor Pro page builder. The website below was created purely using the Elementor Hello Theme and the Elementor Pro page builder plugin. It’s still a work in progress, but for most part, it’s a fully-functional website.
