2:30 honestly I think it's easy to say that this is a Yes person. (He cannot sue on behalf of his children for he does not have custody of them & more than likely will not regain custody of them. Under Utah Law) It is extremely complicated and confusing, for he has to keep referring to the physical & emotional damage done to his children to show the physical and emotional damage done to him. (Personally)I find it odd that he would be suing first taking away funds that should be going to his children first. You would have thought he would obtain an attorney for each of his children to sue Jodi Hildebrandt so his children can be financially set to take care of the long arduous therapy they will need over their lifetime. I really hope that Kevin isn't doing this for his own financial gain. That he will put the money or a majority of the money into a trust for Eve & Russell, and at the bare minimum reimbursed Chad the money they made him pay out of pocket for Jodi's so-called therapy.
