I forgot that he said Wendi was going to pay a third, but she didn’t know about the extortion supposedly so how was he going to convince her to pay a third of a million dollars or pay him back that money if she didn’t know…
I understood it to be that the third was to pay Dan markel to relocate to Miami and the money was to for him to travel to and forth. Am I wrong?

The other thing, too, is why didn’t he share this story (as ridiculous as it is) when HE was arrested, never mind when Katie was arrested? I guess he just thought he’d hang out in the Leon County jail for a year or so, and reveal the “truth” at his trial. His story was such lunacy, it’s difficult to even know where to start in commenting on it. And his “story” involved his mother - if that was true, why would she not have testified to back up his story? I can’t believe he actually thought this would fly.

Georgia Cappleman - not your main subject of this video, is incredibly overrated - as are all prosecutors. All the convicted persons related to Dan Marklel's murder were the result of technical equipment, i.e., audio, video & cell phone data processing and acquisition. 90% of all the prosecution's case was handed them after the technical data was presented.
