Reverse Diet Week 4, Day 3
I had another good night of sleep. I had an awesome leg day workout this morning! The last time I did, this workout was four weeks ago. Four weeks ago was my peak week. When I did it then, I definitely felt weaker and depleted. This morning, I had so much strength and energy. I was able to get some great results from my leg workout today!
