    I had an awesome night of sleep last night. I slept like a rock! I did my beast up leg workout this morning and absolutely crushed it! I felt super strong through all of the movements, had a ton of energy, and lifted really heavyweights and felt really good about it. This is hands-down, the best leg workout I’ve had in months. more calories has definitely made a difference in my workouts the past couple of weeks. I’m still nowhere near the surplus in calories that I would like to get to, but it is very encouraging that my lifting is getting better.
