    I had an awesome night sleep again last night. I had an incredible workout this morning! I felt super strong through every rep and every set and I did not feel like I needed to stop and rest. The slight increase in calories over the last few weeks has led to more muscle glycogen, which is why I believe I have felt so much better in my workout the past two weeks now. it is re-invigorated me in my morning workouts, made me enjoy working out in the morning again, and has made me look forward to working out again. I’m not just trying to cling on and survive and just simply get through the workout, like I was the last month of the bodybuilding prep.
