    I had another decent night of sleep last night. I woke up this morning and did a recovery workout and then went for a 25 to 30 minute walk. This reverse diet has definitely put me in a better mood and I feel like I’m set up for success to getting to a bulk phase. My bulk phase macros will be at 210 g of fat, 170 g of protein, and around 50 g of total carbs. This will put me out around 2800 cal. I will continue to get DEXA scans at the end of each month. My goal is to be around 16 to 18% body fat through the next four years that I do this bulk. I would like to lean closer to 16% but I’m not afraid to go up to 18% body fat.
