    I had an awesome night of sleep last night! I slept like a rock! I had a wonderful chest and back workout this morning. That was the best I felt doing that work out since the end of January. Eating more calories, has allowed me to simply have more energy and feel stronger in my workouts. I felt very much in control of the weights and felt that the particular weight I was lifting was the right amount.
    How do you know if you’re lifting the right amount of weights? After you finish your set, if you had wanted two more reps left in you with the weight that you used, then that is the right amount of weight. If you were unable to finish the set, or if you were using, momentum and form, you need to drop the weight by 5 to 10 pounds. You will get more muscle gains by lifting lighter weights with good form than lifting heavyweights with bad form.
