Hi! In this video, I talk about my injury - how it happened, how I’m adjusting, plans moving forward, and other topics. I do have two training videos that were recorded before the injury, and those will be out soon.
I plan to record some upper body workouts, cooking/meal prep, and some talking videos. If there’s something specific you’d like to see, please let me know!

You are and continue to be an inspiration, and as a cancer survivor I empathize so much with the unexpected and devastating mental and emotional impact of physical challenges. All I can say is your greatest asset in the road to recovery is your amazing mindset, which got you to Olympia twice! You have the most impressive mind body connection ever and I know you will heal beautifully and recover your strength. Thank you for sharing your journey and you’ve got this!! Also P.S.     So sorry 😞 for you. I have been there ,injured three times ❤, and surgery oh boy !!!! like you said it can be a bummer. I have been in a similar position which can become boring and stressful thinking of what and how to train without hurting myself, yourself??? But wish i had your advice during those times. But we love ❤️ you and will be praying 🙏 for your recovery as long as it takes??? So do you get to that fiddle, upper body strength and one peg training session ❤. Also focusing 🧘🏼‍♂️ on different muscles and foods to cook can be fun too 😂. So love ❤️ love keep your head above lots of water and blessings get well ❤️‍🩹

    Wishing you healing well! Thank you for all your amazing videos that give me a different perspective with exercise training. I have an injury that gets better and sometimes comeback the pain.     Thank you for sharing your story. I'm trying to rebuild my left shoulder in terms of strength. Come November, it will be 3 years since my shoulder replacement. Any tips on rebuilding shoulder/arm strength would be appreciated. I wish you a speedy, but healthy recovery. Sending you healing vibes.

    You are an inspiration to us all! I know you’ll come back stronger and better because of this 💪❤️ I just recovered from a really bad sciatica flare up after over doing it on deadlifts and stretching and ignoring my body’s signals. Now I’ve adjusted my training and realized that my 48 year old strong body needs to be respected and nurtured the older I get ❤ Hang in there there Erin! You are a beautiful example of strength and determination!

    After my injury falling backwards down 15 stairs with a dresser on me, broken left tibea and all bones fractured in my back, I recovered. I'm older and not as strong as you. You are my hero and a hero and an inspiration to sooooo many.. You'll heal for yourself and all of us do depend on you. You are beautiful kind honest and just a very awesome human being. You are loved. After my injury maybe I'm not a body builder but I've never took advantage of just simply being able to walk. When I get lazy to don't eat properly I'll get bone pain. This accident happened to me around 5 years ago. I love the idea that your doing different things to keep yourself motivated. For myself almost every night I continue my leg exercises. I'm so satisfied just being able to do that. And reading, I have not stopped since my injury. I'm in the 100s right now with my books. Very gratifying.Gid bless and remember we need you❤🎉
