    These are perfect for my daughter. She had scoliosis surgery several years ago and has been having low back pain while trying to work hamstrings. Thank you Erin 👍

      I get low back pain with any ham moves too. I have curve in spine so many moves I’ve to be aware of my posture. Hope your daughter benefits from this 😊

    It's best to do the exercises at home because when I get my face this close to a gym floor it smells like a sewer pipe broke earlier that day... 😮

      that can be ideal and a little more comfortable for some. 😧That visual and thinking of that smell when you're working hard in the gym🤮 I'm glad it's not like that at my gym.

    Hi Erin,
    I love your workouts, please keep them coming!!
    I'm wondering if you can post a video for a workout in a hotel room for those of us who travel a lot...... some hotels do not have gyms and some small towns do not have gyms...
    I could take bands and light weights and every Hotel has a chair in the room.... what do you suggest?
    this would also work for those of us who enjoy camping. 😊

      you can set it on floor standing it up on it's end, then lay down, squeeze it between your feet, and get to work 💪🦵😊

    Would a yoga ball hamstring rollout be a good substitute for the lying floor curl?

      Not doable I think.
      Squats and lunges will do the job. All you need is a couple of dumbbells or plates.

    Another good option for a minimal workout is a banded seated hamstring curl; sitting on a chair facing toward a doubled loop band anchored around knee height, put one loop behind each ankle, legs outstretched, and then curl back

    Is that a "chain" gym, or a privately owned gym? It looks great and it looks like it has a lot of space for plyometric activities and other free space as well as free weights and machines. I wish we had something like that where I live. Thanks.
