I agree with your frustration but let us wait and see. Judges Kaplan, Engoron, Chutkan and Merchan have not done a bad job of it so far after all. Trump's show cause hearing is next Tuesday, which is also sufficient time for justice to catch with Watters and FOX as well. Remember, it is the Appellant Court's and above that are the real worry and they do have a considerable influence on the level of caution these line Judges must take, as is the constant threat of violence from the MAGA deplorables.
