If jail or prison time wouldn't bother Trump at all then he would be able to testify in his own defense. But since he has only done that once and failed miserably. I think the same thing is true for any jail or prison time. I actually believe that if he is indeed convicted and sentenced to spend time in either jail or prison that he will likely love the country.

The other trials are already so pushed back that I wonder if we will see them before the election... we won't get a verdict on them either way.

Don’t get impatient. We are almost there. The judge is smart: he has sped up the trial instead of taking the bait and give rope to Trump delay tactics. Plus he’s doing everything by the book and avoiding the smallest hint of bias so that the guilty sentence can’t be reversed on appeal.

Trump is trying to do every single thing he can to tilt that bias and become the victim so that he can prove to his base that the justice system is against him, and his base is... dangerous. idk if its possible, but if I were the judge, I'd take away all his electronic devices and forbid him from talking to the press directly.
I don't know how they could enforce the electronics/social media stuff but he sure af shouldn't be given a red carpet full of reporters to talk to on the way in and out of court. I don't remember ever seeing something so crazy as that. The day the world can stop hearing from him, his minions and all those Fox personalities about him, will be sweet. Let's pray it's sooner than later.
I agree that the media shouldn’t be giving him free unlimited press every single day. That’s exactly what he wants, and he’s playing them like a fiddle, just like he always has. Do an hour long segment each day summarizing what happened in court that day and be done with it. Don’t have live coverage during the day, give him a platform each day before & after court to lie, and then have stories about him all night. It’s literally 24/7 free media coverage.
