In this particular trial, if he is found guilty, jailtime is an option for the judge to use when sentencing. It can be up to 4 years per count that he's found guilty of, and he has approximately 43 counts charged (if I am remembering correctly). That could potentially add up to many, many years. Given his advanced age, it could effectively amount to being a life sentence.
Except it’s possible the judge won’t have the guts to jail him. Too worried about threats from the mad MAGA mob…

Exactly, my ex picked me up with his knee twice and elbowed my head 4x and went to bed. It felt like a heart attack but it was fluid coming from the bottom of my esophagus! I escaped 10 yrs later!! A Narcissist greatest weakness is their inability to admit to their own mistakes, which means they're trapped by them. You can learn from your mistakes or clean up after themselves, because that would require admiting to the mistake.
